Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge.

2. Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Kart Riders until full payment is received. We reserve the right to reclaim unpaid goods.

3. Returns & Refunds

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.

• Special/custom orders are non-refundable
• Returns may be subject to a restocking fee

4. Warranty

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or incorrect installation
• Racing-related wear and tear

5. Liability

Kart Riders is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of products. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure correct installation and usage.

6. Discrepancies

Any invoice discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date.
