FLIGHTS & ARRIVAL OPTIONS
Fly into Cairo International Airport or Sphinx International Airport.
OPTION 1 · EARLY ARRIVAL
Arrive on Tuesday morning, 26 January 2027. Visit the Pyramids of Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum, then travel by bus to Arish.
OPTION 2 · CAIRO OVERNIGHT
Arrive at any time on Tuesday, 26 January 2027, and stay overnight in Cairo. Visit the Pyramids of Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum on Wednesday, 27 January, then travel by bus to Arish.
Departure: Saturday night, 30 January, or Sunday, 31 January 2027, depending on flight times and the return transfer from Arish.
PROPOSED DAY-BY-DAY PROGRAMME
Arrival in Cairo. Sightseeing and transfer to Arish for the early-arrival group, or overnight stay in Cairo for the second group.
Sightseeing and transfer to Arish for the second group.
Practice and administrative checks.
Practice and qualifying.
Races and prize-giving, followed by return transfers.
Departure for participants taking Sunday flights.
